1. Refund Policy
Cloud LandingZone LLC provides digital services and cloud infrastructure solutions that are delivered electronically and often customized for each client.
Because of the nature of our work, refunds are generally not offered once a service has been delivered or implementation has started.
However, a refund may be considered if:

a technical or billing error occurred on our side, or
-
a project was cancelled before any implementation work began.
In such cases, refunds (full or partial) will be reviewed individually and processed within 14 business days if approved.
2. Dispute Policy
If you have any concerns or disputes regarding a payment or service, please contact us directly first.
We aim to resolve all issues quickly and fairly — typically within 5 business days.
If a resolution cannot be reached, you may open a dispute through Stripe or your payment provider, where we will cooperate fully to ensure a transparent and fair process.
